Quadra Group manages a discretionary long-only portfolio of thematic small and mid-cap growth equities.

Employing an idiosyncratic, growth-oriented approach, we seek to direct a portion of our operating earnings to build a concentrated portfolio of a small number of high-quality growth names that are set to benefit from long-term secular megatrends across the TMT and industrial services sectors.

We also seek to make investments in emerging, publicly traded "platform" companies led by expert management teams that employ highly accretive, PE-styled strategies in consolidating highly fragmented sectors, often in major global industries that are still in the early stages of mass enterprise digitalization and automation.
