Investment Approach and Criteria

Quadra Group manages an internal discretionary portfolio of publicly-traded growth equities.

We seek to build a long-term, high-conviction portfolio of equities of leading challenger companies that are strategically positioned to disrupt incumbents and legacy business models in a number of verticals within financial services, enterprise software, and the wider TMT space.

On a case-by-case basis, we also trade on opportunistic dislocations and sector-agnostic risk-arbitrage opportunities on the European and North American markets.
